Submitting your forms and documents via the STS Consulting Client Portal results in greater efficiency and quicker turn-around time for your church financial requests, documentation, and organization.

The STS Client Portal is a private and protected site that allows you to submit time-sensitive and personal information regarding financial requests (Expense Reports and Payment Requests) and Contribution Deposits. In addition, the portal easily and efficiently allows you to store and organize all your church’s financial information in a very accessible format.

Our client portal is one of our best customer support services that allows you to navigate deposits, requests, and transaction histories, as well as to download or upload files and documentation (even large ones that email does not allow) in a matter of seconds.  It is a stream-lined, real-time environment that is easy to understand and follow.

STS has created the client portal with ease of use, productivity, and timeliness in mind. Using the portal instead of email significantly increases thoroughness and efficiency while decreasing turn-around time and confusion for payments and receipt of important documents.  By using the portal, you have immediate and remote access to all STS Services from anywhere in the world. If you are currently using the portal, then you are aware of the advantages and expediency of being able to take care of your finances and important documentation online.

The portal and forms are free and available for use if you have STS Consulting for your administrator. Getting started is as easy as creating an account and logging onto the Client Portal on the STS Website. 

If you have not yet made the switch to using the client portal, we encourage you to get started. It is a great way to increase ease of requests and reports, decrease turn-around time, stay organized and cut down on paper use (which translates into added savings on office and postage supplies).  You will have immediate access to all documents in the portal and all updates to your organization’s files will be in real-time.

To gain access to the portal, all you need is a Microsoft Live Account. Creating this account is usually done through an emailed invitation from STS Consulting. Therefore, you may already have completed this step once you designated STS for your administrator.

Once you’ve created your account and your email is registered, you will have full access to our site. Just logon and get started.
